Off the roast. Onto the manifest.

We ship 8oz bags anywhere in the United States. International orders are not available yet.

Timing

Coffee leaves on or immediately after the roast day you booked. Typical USPS transit is 2–5 business days. Lot date rides with the bag.

A flat US shipping charge is added at checkout (default $7). That covers a mailer, protection, and postage for an 8oz bag.

We do not roast ahead of the calendar. Your bag is the lot you reserved — not stock from a prior week.
