From bean to roasted bean.

Manifest Roastery is a small-batch American roast-and-ship house. We do not keep a warehouse of yesterday's beans. We publish a short roasting schedule — light, medium, and dark — and you buy a bag inside a specific lot on a specific day.

Capacity is small on purpose. If Thursday's medium is four bags, there are four. When the line clears, the lot is closed. Freshness is a schedule, not a slogan.

Every lot is 8oz, roasted on the booked day, and shipped across the United States immediately after. Lot date on the bag. Ledger closed for the day.
