Manifest Roastery
From bean to roasted bean
Claim a line on the Manifest, we roast that lot, and we ship it before it can go stale. No inventory shelf. Just your bag, on your roast day, to your door.
How the house works
Day
Pick a roast day. A day that is already full cannot be chosen.
Bean
Choose the coffee. The price is for an 8oz bag. If that bean is already roasting, you join it.
Roast
Light, Medium, Dark, or Espresso. A roast is one bean and one profile. Another profile starts another roast when the day has room.
Size
Choose 8oz or 16oz. Each shows the coffee price and shipping. A 16oz bag counts as two, then continue to payment.
House notes
Kept like a shipping ledger.
Manifest Roastery runs on lot dates, not shelf stock. A roast day is a line item: origin, profile, bag count, ship date. You put your order on the Manifest — no roasts stored waiting for an order.
The work is deliberate on purpose: This is the coffee we drink, we roast on Fridays by default. Add another bean or profile only when someone writes it onto the Manifest. Roast-and-ship in the same window. Premium coffee in the manner of a roast house.
